The transaction was fine until unfortunately Eoin suffered a punctured tire during the trip. He called my insurance instead of AAA. As there was no accident, so not sure why he had to call my insurance. When he called me, I was a little surprised as my tires had been recently replaced so I just wanted to get as much information as possible as to what happened. He did have to replace my tire (Thanks!) and I figured his insurance with Relay Rides would cover. I really did try to help him with the reimbursement process and even put in a support ticket to Relay Rides regarding the situation. Unfortunately, RelayRides did not reimburse him which is beyond me. Obviously Eoin was not happy which I can understand but I would hope his disappointment should be targeted towards Relay Rides and not the renter as it was beyond my control. I think he might have misunderstood my intentions to get the situation solved which is unfortunate. Hope he has better luck with his rides in the future. I wish him the best.
hi - hope the car worked out okay. in the future, please pay attention to the residential permit zones on the street signs to avoid potentially getting a ticket. i have an "R" permit but you parked the car in an "S" zone. thanks.
